BillRipple is a society billing management app designed for administrators of residential apartment complexes. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle information.
All data you enter in BillRipple is stored locally on your device. We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any data on external servers. Your billing records, resident information, payment history, and all other data remain entirely on your device.
BillRipple does not collect any personal information. The app does not require an internet connection to function. If you enable Firebase Crashlytics, anonymous crash reports may be sent to help us improve the app — no personal data is included.
You may enter information such as resident names, phone numbers, flat numbers, billing amounts, and payment records. This data is stored only in the local database on your device and is never sent to us or any third party.
The app provides a backup feature that exports data to a file on your device. You choose where to save or share this file (Google Drive, email, etc.). We have no access to your backups. WhatsApp reminders are sent via the WhatsApp app on your device — we do not process or store these messages.
BillRipple may use Firebase Crashlytics for anonymous crash reporting only. No other third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.
You can delete all data at any time using the "Hard Reset" option in Settings. Uninstalling the app also removes all stored data from your device.
BillRipple is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app and on this page with an updated effective date.
